Entry fee will only be refunded if there is an error in the service provided by AIO Games.
These refunds will only be credited after the proper investigation.
Tournament/Contest registrations won’t be cancelled once entered. In case of exceptional
circumstances like issues with payment gateway or at our end, refunds will be initiated.
In case we cancel your participation in any contest/match/tournament then your funds will be
returned.
Approved refunds will be initiated after 7 working days.
Our motive is to give you the best gaming experience with security. Refunds will be issued
into the beneficiary bank account/wallet that was used at the time of purchase.
